Will Baricad Perform at Kreyolfest 2009 Or Not??
Baricad crew is on the way to cancel their participation at Kreyolfest 2009. According to Baricad crew representative Youry Chevry, Gary did not tell him anything about the line up. Youry Chevry from Hitfactory said he first noticed the flyers last month during carnival and he knew nothing about the Festival. He also followed by saying if Barikad was to perform at an event with this line up, Gary Pierre Pierre would have to put up ALOT of money. Youry confirmed to Minkoze.com that the group WILL NOT perform at the event with this line up. You guys know the past history between the 2 rap kreyol bands!! Stay tune to hear what Rockfarm representatives have to say about this.


Before we reported: The Haitian community in the US will have an opportunity to appreciate some of the greatest compas and rap kreyol bands in our time and era. If we trust the line up, Rockfarm and Baricad is set to perform at the 9th edition of Kreyolfest 2009 in NY for the first time on the same day and stage. Everyone is asking if the two rap kreyol group will perform on the same stage, especially when we know the past history between the two rap kreyol groups.
